/ SINE is committed to delivering a seamless and efficient logistics experience. Our standard delivery and shipping framework is outlined below:

1. 配送範圍與合作物流 / Shipping Destinations & Carriers

  • 目前我們主要為香港及澳門地區提供配送服務。

  • 我們主要委託 順豐速運 (SF Express) 作為我們的核心物流合作夥伴，支援派送到住宅地址、商業地址、順豐站或順豐智能櫃。

  • / We currently provide shipping services primarily across Hong Kong and Macau. Our core logistics partner is SF Express, supporting delivery to residential/commercial addresses, SF Stores, or SF Lockers.

2. 運費計算與免運門檻 / Shipping Fees & Free Delivery Threshold

  • 香港地區： 全店消費淨額滿 HK$300 即可享全港免運費（含順豐自提）。

  • 澳門地區： 消費淨額滿 HK$600 即可享免運費。

  • / Hong Kong:  Enjoy FREE SHIPPING on orders over HK$300 (including SF pickup).

  • / Macau:  Enjoy FREE SHIPPING on orders over HK$600.

3. 處理與派送時間 / Processing & Delivery Timelines

  • 現貨商品： 訂單確認並完成付款後，我們將於 1-2 個工作天內將貨品由倉庫發出。出貨後，順豐速運通常需要 2-3 個工作天送達目的地。

  • 工作天定義： 工作天不包括香港公眾假期、星期六及星期日。

  • / In-Stock Items: Orders will be dispatched from our warehouse within 1-2 business days upon confirmation. Delivery by SF Express typically takes 2-3 business days. Business days exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and HK public holidays.

4. 物流延誤與免責聲明 / Delivery Delays & Limitation of Liability

  • 網站上標示之所有配送時間僅供參考。因物流公司內部延誤、海關清關、極端天氣（如颱風或黑雨）、或不可抗力事件所導致的派送延期，本公司不承擔任何直接或間接之法律責任或賠償。

  • / All delivery timelines listed are estimates only. SINE shall not be held legally liable for any direct or indirect delays or losses caused by courier handling, customs clearance, severe weather events (such as typhoons or black rainstorms), or force majeure.
