/ To ensure a worry-free shopping experience, SINE offers a "14-Day Free Home Size-Exchange Service". Please note that we do not offer refunds for any pre-order or regular-priced items. However, we are more than happy to assist you with size exchanges or defective items. We value your time—our exchange process has been streamlined to be entirely hassle-free, requiring no registration or account login.

  • 商品必須保持全新、未經穿著、未經清洗，並保留原始包裝（包括鞋盒、標籤標牌及所有贈品，如銀離子抗菌襪）。

  • 請在收到商品（以物流簽收日期為準）起 14 天內提出申請。

🚚 雙方運費如何計算？ / Shipping Fees for Exchange

  • SINE 貼心提供【1 次免費上門換貨服務】。我們會安排順豐快遞上門回收舊鞋，並同時/隨後將新尺碼寄到您手上，您無需承擔任何運費。

  • 備註：若同一個訂單需要進行第二次（含）以上的更換，買家需自行承擔來回運費。

📌 Eligibility for Exchange

  • / Items must be unworn, unwashed, in their original condition, and with all original packaging intact (including the shoe box, labels, tags, and promotional gifts like silver-ion socks).

  • Requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your delivery (based on the logistics tracking carrier's delivery date).

🚚 Shipping Fees for Exchange

  •  SINE provides 【1 Free Home Size-Exchange Service】. We will coordinate with SF Express to pick up the original pair and dispatch the new size at zero shipping cost to you.

Note: For any subsequent exchanges beyond the first free instance, the buyer will be responsible for all return and redeliver shipping fees.
